      The first professional engagement of Bojan Sudjic was achieved already in 1985 when, at the age of 19, he became an Assistant Conductor in RTV Belgrade.During his education at The Faculty of Music Art in his birthplace,Belgrade,he became Lauerate of Yugoslav Competition of Music Artists in Zagreb (1989), winning the First Prize in category of conducting that – up to then – has never been awarded.

He also became the only scolarship holder from Serbia of „Lovro von Matacic“ Foundation. For a short period of time he received the advanced training by prof. Otmar Suitner in Vienna.

     The following titles in his carrier were being achieved:
- Conductor of RTS Music Production Department (1992)
- Guest Conductor of Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra
- General Music Director-Chief Conductor of Belgrade National Opera and Ballet (1999)
- Resident Conductor of Royal Opera in Stockholm,Sweden (2000)

     Since 2005 he has become Artistic Director-Chief Conductor of Music Production RTS,complrting,in such a way,the long-term successful cooperation-the great number of permanent recordings with the ensembles of Production is to be the testimony of it.

     He started with his pedagogy engagement in the same year,becoming a Professor of Conducting at the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade.

     Bojan Sudjic equally cherishes conducting of Choir,Orchestra and Opera Ensemble.The broad repertoire occupies the works from renaissance authors to the great number of compositions of contemporary authors that owe their premiers just to him.

     He has cooperated with all the most significant domestic ensembles and soloists.

     He has also cooperated with Maxim Vengerov,Nigel Kennedy,Michel Beroff,Nikolaj Luganski,Zubin Mehta,Leif Segerstam...
He performed in Russia,Germany,Greece,Belgium,Sweden,Finland,Denmark,Bulgaria,
Portugal,China...

 He has been Conducting orchestras like Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra (Finland),Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra (Russia),Odense Symphony Orchestra (Denmark),Metropolitan Orchestra from Lisbon (Portugal),Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra (Hungary), RTV Sofia Symphony Orchestra (Bulgaria), and also opera ensembles National Opera in Helsinki (Finland),Royal Opera in Stockholm (Sweden)...

     Just in Stockholm ̀s Royal Opera House,150 performances were conducted by him.With the Royal Opera Ensemble he also Conducted the performances at the prestigious festivals like the Wiesbaden ̀s Summer Festival.

     He is a regular participant of the most important Festival in Serbia „BEMUS“.Two closing concerts of this festival,in 2003 and 2004 with the most prestigious ensembles,were performed under his guidance.

     THE MUSIC PRODUCTION OF RADIO TELEVISION SERBIA is an unique institution in the field of music activities both in Serbia and the world. This national institution was founded in 1937.
     Within RTS MUSIC PRODUCTION  there are RTS Symphony orchestra , RTS  Choir , RTS Children's choir , RTS « Colibri» Children's Choir ,RTS  Big band ,RTS  Folk orchestra  and  RTS Folk Ensemble . Apart from production staff dealing with technical – operative activities in MUSIC PRODUCTION there are also 250 proffesional instrumentalists. Concert performings, taking part in festivals both in country and abroad, collaboration with eminent persons of the world's music scene, continuos work in process of  recording and archiving of music which by the great number of recorded works and its quality makes Serbian music heritage, all of these are actual activities of this institution.
     Beside that within RTS MUSIC PRODUCTION  since 1950, there has been Music Scores Archive which owns over 30.000 works of all the music genders, then publishing activities as well as  Marketing Department.
